A game about frogs, friendship, and the inherent trans desire for schmoovement

Really fun and charming platforming collectathon! Plenty of cute and amusing moments, general movement and platforming is satisfying, and there are some surprisingly raw emotional beats at times that I did not expect going in but made this game all the more impactful. If you're a fan of 3D platformers/collectathons, would recommend this on sale or in a bundle!

Really fun game! Collecting all the bugsnax is fun, and both the story and character interactions are really nice. Hoping we get a sequel someday. Definitely worth picking up on sale if it looks interesting to you

Another great Yakuza entry! This is easily the most ambitious game in the series I've played so far, mostly to a positive effect I'd say. There's a lot of variety here, characters, locations, minigames, full side modes for most of the characters that have a solid amount of depth, this game has a lot to offer! Story is solid even if shaky in some places, but I liked it more than 4 on the whole. My heart goes out to you if you're going for 100% though, there is a LOT here, some of the side content (like the coliseum) is especially grindy in this one to totally complete.

Ultimately 5 might have walked so 0 could run, but I still think 5 makes for a very fun time to play though, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Another really solid entry in the series! Admittedly I liked Prom and Camp more, mostly due to Roadtrip dialing back on the dating sim aspect and having it be more resource management and wacky antics with Scott and Polly, but the charm in the writing and visuals is absolutely still here and makes for a good time. Also End of the Road might be my favorite route/ending to come out of this franchise, so that's a big plus as well, definitely worth playing if you liked the previous two games!

Soft recommendation. It makes for a fun and chill time, exploring the world as you gather items and complete the quests. No combat, just some platforming and puzzles. I really like the world and general lore it establishes, especially with the frog characters. Might not blow your mind, but if you can get it in a bundle or on sale, it's worth a go!

Yakuza games never fail to deliver for me, another solid entry! Admittedly probably the weakest story of the ones I've played (0-4), but I still enjoyed it, and the combat was a lot of fun! By the end I was really vibing with the different playstyles. While I wouldn't recommend this title as the starting point for new players, but if you played 0-3 you'll know what you're in for by this point and if another Yakuza game sounds fun to you.

Games like this are why I tend to wait several years before I actually get around to playing big new releases I'm excited for. Very glad I held off and played this after the majority of the bugginess and issues people had have been fixed, I had a great time with this game. FPS RPGs just click for me, and while I would say this is a step or two behind my all time favs like Fallout and Borderlands, the moment to moment gameplay is fantastic with a ton of variety you can play around with, solid story (the banter between V and Johnny being the real highlight), and really nice visuals, even with me playing on steam deck where I had to sacrifice a bit of graphical quality for it to run a bit better. DLC is also very nice, there's just a ton to do in this game, the fact I got 150 hours in a single playthrough to get all of the achievements and clean out the map attests to that.

All in all if this seemed interesting to you but you held off because of the disaster that was the launch, I'd say it's worth checking out now.

Fun collectathon with a good amount of charm! You kinda just get thrown in the world after a short intro with just your car and are pretty much on your own to decide where to go next, which I think works for this game. Look for junk and money, engage in small encounters/quests to get more junk and upgrade your car, it's a pretty chill time with plenty of goofy moments that got a chuckle out of me. There's a couple of things I could nitpick, the bug net swing is really delayed and makes catching stuff harder than it should be, as well as the orange soccer minigame being pretty frustrating in my experience due to the isometric camera making it hard to figure out your aim, but they're ultimately minor gripes and I ended up enjoying my time with the game and going for 100%!

Solid sale/bundle recommendation if you like chill collectathons, might not blow your mind but you'll have a good time!
