Jelikož mi tento profil nepřijde zajímavý přikládám recept na Segedínský guláš::auyay:
Vepřové maso
Plec bez kosti 600 g
Cibule
Rostlinný olej 40 g
Mletá paprika 1 lžička
Vývar 200 ml
Kysané zelí 400 g
Hladká mouka 25 g
Šlehačka 120 ml
Sůl
Kmín
Segedínský guláš
Postup přípravy:Zařazení: Maso, Vepřové
Maso opláchneme a nakrájíme na kousky. Cibuli nakrájíme nadrobno a osmahneme na polovině oleje dorůžova. Přidáme mletou papriku, promícháme a zalijeme trochou vody. Do cibulového základu přidáváme nakrájené maso, kmín a osolíme. Přilijeme část vývaru, přikryjeme pokličkou a za občasného míchání dusíme, až je maso poloměkké. Podléváme vývarem nebo vodou. Potom přidáme k masu nakrájené kysané zelí a dusíme. Guláš zahustíme jíškou připravenou z oleje a mouky, dobře rozmícháme a při mírné teplotě dodusíme maso doměkka. Nakonec zjemníme smetanou, osolíme a krátce povaříme :luv::luv:
