I destroy these (usually) closet cheating "competitive" TF2 players and they rage target me

Spy is not a broken class, the backstab hitboxes are not broken, your network settings are just bad.

Pyro is even more broken than we ever thought:
- The cone check for players has been unintentionally fixed on 64-bit after not working on 32-bit TF2 since 2017 as it was intended to:

- The cube check for projectiles, players, etc, was likely intended to be a sphere:

If you're curious about my network settings, I use lowest (15ms lerp) on all classes. Extrapolation (seemingly) only occurs when packets are dropped, choked, or if the server FPS dips below tickrate.
