For $3, this game is everything you want it to be. A simple concept made into an addictive progression of farming shapes while mellowing out to a soundtrack that is easily worth the $3 by itself. It's not difficult; it's mesmerizing. It's 3-4 hours of upgrading the power of your auto-shooting mouse pointer until it blaps everything instantaneously on the screen. The epitome of satisfaction.

Insanely addictive for a rogue-like. Incorporates third-person shooter mechanics with outrageous action and speed. Satisfying gameplay and hilariously fun to break the game (end-game). Looking forward to the future updates!

A masterpiece that pays homage to hardcore platforming while also being accessible to the average gamer. Celeste brings to the table a perfect mix of relatable storytelling, immersive music, and familiar platforming mechanics melting it all into a wonderful experience that will have you feeling immensely accomplished with each level you complete all the while unraveling the journey of the protagonist's challenges that hit close to home.

As a bonus there is great replayability through the much harder B and C side sections of the game giving the hardcore gamer an itch that draws you back in. Even after beating the normal game you'll learn even new ways to combine mechanics and maneuver your character even more fluidly to overcome the game's most difficult levels.

For an indie game that $20 this is truly a breathtaking addition to the genre that has pushed itself and the platforming community to another level. Stop reading and just go enjoy it!

Exceptionally fun solo and/or party game.
