I'm part of a TF2 project that is soon to be ready for the modeling stage of items (concept arts are being produced, a few are done at the moment), screenplay for SFM is finished, and we have two lead animators (AndyO, Thoopje), as well as mappers (Cascadial, Megapieman). I'm sorry, but I'm booked all the way. Your best bet is still the Facepunch Emporium and I guarantee you that is your best choice and an account is worth it.

It's your best bet to be honest. You could try polycount too if that's more your taste.

@Practical Problems, your best bet is to draw a concept and post on the Facepunch Emporium. They have templates/stills in place already for you to use so it shouldn't be too difficult.
