This game is great. Think of Timberborn or Banished on the water in a post apocalyptic world. I just got it a few days ago and have already spent hours on it.

I think it's balanced so you have to work for everything at the beginning. My problem is toward the end game where I am running out of inventory while trying to find those end game items to make my flotilla completely self reliant.

I wish there was better distinction to the areas where the water was polluted and some easier inventory management to be able to get rid of things (unless I'm dumb and have not found it yet). Over all this game is a great buy and I can find myself playing it for many hours trying to find that perfect setup to my flotilla

If you have never played the first Skylines, then this game is really good. There is progression for building your city up and moving it along. There is penalties for not paying attention to air flow with pollution. I had the pleasure of being able to play for the free weekend and had fun. That being said, that scratched my itch to try it and I no longer feel the need to buy it.

This game is addicting to play. Every time you play a map you can play it differently and in so many ways. It's a city builder with beavers but also much more. You don't always have to expand outwards to grow the city, you can expand upwards. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of management that needs done sometimes in order to make sure your beavers survive, but that is the fun part of it! Making sure they have enough food, that your population doesn't grow larger than your food can handle. You can very easily survive and just as easily destroy the colony.

Maybe I don't understand how this game operates but after the tutorial I still don't know how to play properly. I get that things are modular and you can create your own buildings and so forth, but something as simple as fence snapping onto a viewing structure to create a pen should be in the game and it's not. I fought with it for 10 minutes, tried to watch a couple of youtube videos and still do not understand how to make a proper pen to even get started.

It's not a typical city building game. It first took me a few minutes to understand the concept after going through the tutorial, but afterwords I was hooked. Trying to figure out the best placement for my next card, keep building the deck out by finishing monuments and just building a beautiful world.

This game is just awesome. It really is like a sandbox viking game that you can progress at your own pace.

As of the time of writing this, you don't have to manage your skills as they just increase the more you use them. You don't have to do item management when trying to repair your tools,

This game really lets you put the focus on what you want. You want to build an entire village? You can. You want to build up skills and progress through more and more enemies? You can.

The game is smooth and very minor issues for being early release.

This is a fun game to hop into for a round and then hop out. Always more fun when playing with friends thoug.

This game is addictively fun and I am always able to go back to it and play it for hours starting over each time.

This game has been really fun so far.

Sure there are bugs and issues but the dev team seems to be very active and are listening to player feedback. For me that is one of the greatest things so far.

I love the game play and have been really getting into it and wish I had more time to play.

I love the many different mods of this game. Definitely worth the purchase.
