Gameplay is improved from the first one.
IMOH The first one had a better story, but this second one plays better.

Fun and challenging, ast paced action and with a realistic touch.
Loads and loads of vehicles, tanks, and planes and ships.
Looks Great, great on a mediocre gaming machine even.

Some negatives: free-to-play with its' stuff: pay to win somewhat, pay to grind faster.
The Grind itself, is tedious.
