Jacob Rossi is tirelessly devoted to working with people. Through his career, he has counselled hundreds of questioning minds in the efficient use and understanding of new technologies. His boundless patience and mastery of communication are matched only by his incredible skill in network administration. While Jacob is extremely involved with his work, he also finds time for other pursuits, such as touring the natural wonders of the lower mainland on the bicycle he custom-built for the purpose, and re-locating homeless ants. He currently resides in a small apartment in East Vancouver, where he regularly prepares gourmet meals for hungry people he meets on the street.
