Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
Increasing performance requirements for a DLC when the base game was one of the worst-performing releases in history is an objectively stupid decision. Dog Town runs half as well as the most demanding parts of Night City when it was first released.

I grew up poor, dirt poor. The other cats called me little bubbles because we couldn't afford a bathtub. Sure I tried to act the way wealthy peeps are supposed to, but it made no difference. Now I'm EVIL and prey on the non-stinkers as an act of vengeance >:(
