Even though the game isn't fully realized, there's not doubt that it's gonna be a great game to play on your own and with friends. Since it's only early access there isn't that much you can do while the game is undergoing updates; however there is still a decent amount of content that allows you explore and take in the environment. I'd say wait a bit longer or even when it's finally released, but definitely try to play it if you're into the open world survival genre.
