Have your whole team watch you unscrew the silencer with steady focus. Nevermind that it gives you worse accuracy, you don't have accuracy anyways, so adding a little spread is going to benefit you more.

It also sounds sexy AF without it on. One sound to let the whole enemy team know you don't give a damn. You're not going to do this the right way, you're going to win the wrong way.
