The ARPG of all time.

Utter perfection in a video game. Dozens of hours played on Steam Deck as well - runs like a dream.

Absolutely Recommend!

After 90 hours of gameplay, I finally managed to build a ship and save my colony (on challenge difficulty - hardcore: the way it is meant to be played). Oddly enough, you can get attached to those funny little blob people you are trying to keep alive. Each playthrough is a different story, and each twist and turn is more challenging than the last. Sometimes pirates will come and burn your town down, kidnap everyone they can carry, and then the remaining two colonists will go mad and kill eachother. Other times the pirates will set up a siege, have supplies dropped in, and you'll fire-bomb them until all their supplies are burned up and they decide to run away. You'll have to make tough calls sometimes, like, "Do we starve or do we eat our pet dog?". Anyway, you can't go wrong buying this game.

As a side note, I would love to see a multiplayer adaptation!
