Amazing tool, works perfectly for me.
Allows me to play games like Helldivers 2 at 120 fps now.
100% worth it if you have a high refresh rate monitor but can't push the frames on more demanding titles.

Make that 165 fps now. the 3x frame generation allows you to triple your framerate
Works perfectly on stuff like YouTube and Netflix, as well as hard to run games

They added 4x frame generation some time back. The image quality is worse than 3x, but it's still great, especially for movies. Normally they're capped at 24 fps, but using Lossless Scaling you can boost it up to 96.

If you have a 90hz or higher monitor, this app is a no-brainer, best five quid I've spent on steam by far.

Game is amazing, and other companies should take this as a great example of how to monetise a game.
The progression is pretty much perfect, combat is fair and satisfying with interesting strategems.
The lore is good too, satirical and comedic yet dark.

My only complaint is the constant disconnects you will get. Googling it shows it's not just me, loads of others get the same thing: randomly disconnecting despite their internet being good.
Approximately 1/2 games will disconnect me. Sometimes I'll find a squad where I don't have the issue and we can play several games with no problems.

I hope this issue gets patched out, it is limiting the fun on what should be a really, really good game.

2025 Edit: I have now 100%'d the game and done all the endings. What a ride it was...

This is genuinely the best experience I've ever had in gaming. It has everything: spectacular graphics, satisfying combat, a ridiculous soundtrack and the most engaging story I've ever seen. This was my first time playing since the Phantom Liberty update, and it has so much new content in it, from a thrilling story to awesome weapons. Since I originally made my review cyberware and armour has been completely reworked and is now LEAGUES better. It's like a totally new game (although I miss the old comrade's hammer and silenced revolvers lmao).

Since my first review I played through the game using Geforce Now (A cloud gaming service). Max graphics with path tracing at 1440p 240hz (60GB VRAM enterprise RTX5080 well used xD). I genuinely dream of the day I can afford a PC good enough to play the game locally so I can use mods.

Do not play this game.
The game is psychologically manipulative, Unbalanced, not fun for new players, grindy, pay to win and tries to get you addicted to it. Also has an overtly complex currency system, deliberately designed to make it so that you don't have a real idea of how much you're spending.
