Unbanning people on a case by case basis is the best option imo. It's nowhere near as black and white as people on here like to make out and a blanket statement of "unbanning cheaters will kill the server" is not constructive nor is it realistic. There are certain players that are currently banned that were you to unban them, the likelihood is that they would be of very little hassle to the community and could even benefit the server as a whole when you think of their activity and the fact that many of the die-hard (addicts) players would be able to play with their old friends again. If we're being perfectly honest if you banned every single player on the server for cheating then you would have ended up taking out a lot more for pulldowns, and that's staff included.
