I absolutely love your Water effect wallpapers! Especially NR24 which sadly is no longer available, is it possible for you to reupload that. Its been my wallpaper for ever now :P

To be fair, there is no animation, just a default water effect with 1 frame gif as it's mask

So I'm not sure if you really need to ask for any permissions

exactly how long is the animation loop on water effect 13? and do i have permission to make a gif of it for my own use?

If you have one of my Water effects you can find effect's image (one frame gif) in \steamapps\workshop\content\431960\(wallpaper's workshop id)

And with ease you can add animated effect for any your picture in Wallpaper engine's editor.
