First of all, it does not work for any of my games. If I have to spend 30 minutes replying to emails with your support line for something so basic, then the primary function of your product is a failure. Second, the configuration interface is extremely primitive, like 2000's era macromedia software, making it very difficult to make meaningful changes. Afterburner is free and provides much better functionality.

Garbage character controls and input lag breaks the gameplay.
