Yes I noticed the fishy link right away. It's definitely a fake jared. He adds you and asks if you have seen what they wrote about you on the forums, then proceeds to delete you from friends.

Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

Right-click the network connection that you want to configure (the one that connect you to the Internet), and then click Properties.
3.

On the General tab (for a local area connection), or the Networking tab (for all other connections), click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the list, and then click the Properties button.
4.

You do not want to obtain DNS server addresses from a DHCP server, click Use the following DNS server addresses.
5.
Enter 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 then click OK.

And you are done!
