In short, if you're one of many who prefer Fallout NV to 3, this game is always going to fall short. RPG elements are nearly non-existant, and the main storyline is absolutely terrible. The combat is a little bit improved, along with weapon customization, but if you want to feel like you're playing an RPG and not a repetitive FPS, you're better off starting another NV playthrough. Don't know how Bethesda droped the ball on this one.
