Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. Able to concentrate and stay focused for period of several hours when a task is interesting, but attention may waver if a job is relatively mundane. Not necessarily a powerful build, but someone who is capable of taking on heavy, physically demanding jobs.
