He farms for himself, will flame you if you're not completely behind him, and continue to voice chat into oblivion about how well he's doing.

Meanwhile, your team is trying and instead of helping, he farms 3 crit sticks and becomes some super easy to kill glass cannon, losing the game for the entire team.

if you see this guy on your team, you'll lose less MMR by just quitting. Do NOT waste your time.
