Furnish Master is a delightful and relaxing game for anyone who enjoys interior design and creative freedom. The concept is simple yet satisfying: furnish and decorate various spaces while gradually expanding your property portfolio. The game combines soothing gameplay with light economic elements, making it easy to get hooked.

The furnishing mechanics are intuitive, allowing you to move, rotate, and place objects with precision. A wide selection of furniture, materials, and colour options ensures endless design possibilities. Whether you're designing a cosy apartment or a sprawling commercial property, there's a lot of freedom to bring your vision to life.

I can, however, see the community marketplace expanding with a wide variety of user creations, which is great for discovering different furniture types and styles. That said, I did encounter some issues with "mods" – when reloading a project or room after changing materials and colours, the mod furniture or items would disappear from the scene. This was a slight frustration but didn't overshadow the overall experience.

The game does have a few other drawbacks. Room layouts can feel restrictive, as there’s no option to add staircases or create uniquely shaped rooms. Additionally, large objects sometimes snap to unintended walls, making precise placement tricky. It would be nice to see future updates allow for adding extra rooms or including more plant options, like hanging plants, to add variety.

Overall, Furnish Master is a charming and enjoyable game that combines relaxation with creativity. While there’s room for improvement, it’s still a great choice for design enthusiasts or anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

Absolute banger of a game.

The worst game I have ever played, spent 55 minutes doing WHAT?! Had no idea what was going on the entirety of the time. Awful story, tutorial, UI, default controls, inventory system -10/10 would not recommend.

I want a refund for the 55 minutes I wasted on this pile of ♥♥♥♥.

Extremely underwhelming. There's currently no jump scares in the game which makes it boring to play as most of the time you end up walking around the chosen map for 30 minutes the ghost locks the doors and you instantly die. I have no idea how this game has "overwhelmingly positive" reviews? I wouldn't currently waste your money till this game has improved. I do however like the concept, it's just poorly implemented!

Maybe, adding a few jump scares would improve the game, some sort of level system allowing you to unlock new items, abilities etc. may be more interesting then just a shop to buy items which gets boring after a few games.

Adding new commands to the microphone concept to initiate certain jump scares that don't happen straight away but stun you when you least expect it, would also drastically improve gameplay.

I was really looking forward to playing this game after already owning and playing Planet Coaster.

However, optimisation for this game is very poor I can run this game at around 30 FPS (max) with a GTX 1080 and Ryzen 7 1700 it's very off putting when the game drops below 20 FPS after placing buildings etc. Bearing in mind that this is when i'm playing the game on low-medium graphics.

Yes, I have tried the lowest preset, with no improvement. I have tried verifying game files, no improvement. I have tried turning off all graphics settings that require additional compute usage, I have tried completely reinstalling the game yet none have seemed to work.

Ranks are bs in this game but other than that ye it alright.

Graphics

Lets start with the graphics, I can run the game on maxed out settings, The game looks visually stunning.

The trees, water and grass textures look almost realistic. Ubisoft is always amazing at making water textures they look very very real!

Character animation is perfect apart from one bug I have noticed. When spamming aim while holding a bow and walking the character looks like it's gliding across the ground, however i'm not sure if this is even possible to fix.

Performance

Performance is a key to any game and optimisation is not the best considering my system specs.

- GTX 1080 Gigabyte OC Edition (8GB VRAM)
- Ryzen 1700 8/16 core CPU 
- 16GB DDR4 RAM

Update: The performance issues have been resolved in newer updates.

Combat & Controls

The new combat that Ubisoft have introduced is much better, it is however still very easy when played in hard difficilty and the new controls if playing on PC take awhile to pickup. 

Story

The story is interesting like most assassin creed games, the map to explore is massive and they've made it very well by having the player upgrade and level up, before they can progress onto new land.

Positives

+ This games graphics looks amazing when run from high-ultra.

+ Very fun and long campaign.

+ The story is understandable and well written.

Negatives

- None. (All have been fixed in later updates!)
