The authors of the game create natural magic: in a matter of minutes you manage to imbue the relationship between
characters and believe that they are real friends. One gets the impression that you have been familiar with these bizarre creatures, if not for ages, then at least for many years. And their experiences quickly flow into your own.

And even the game's antagonist - the giant Creek bird - evokes sympathy. A terrible and cruel creature, I must say. However, there is a story behind her atrocities - simple, but no less heartbreaking. Some compare Shriek to Kuro from the previous part, but, unlike the dark owl, this bird does not take the path of redemption. She turns away from the light just as the light once turned away from her, and her heart remains enveloped in darkness.

Alas, the plot is presented in small and rather rare portions - sometimes several hours of gameplay pass between cut-scenes, and even more if you get lost. Do not think, the story turned out to be coherent, I just wish characters like Scream had more screen time. In addition, the level of staging in cut scenes is the highest, because the bulk of the narrative is tied to the visual.

Authors prefer to tell a story through environments and small details. What is the scene in which Scream hides from the pouring rain under the petrified wings of dead parents! There are enough such dramatic and elaborate moments in the game.

This is the game that I will advise everyone to play, the authors have great respect for creating this masterpiece.
