Wildmender hits that Planetcrafter itch in a more soulful way. You’re reclaiming a dead desert, planting, watering, and slowly watching the world come back to life, and it feels great. On top of that, there’s a surprising amount of story here: lots of lore, characters, and moments that pull you along instead of just leaving you to grind in silence. The vibe is chill, the art’s cozy, and when your garden starts thriving, it’s genuinely satisfying.

The flip side: the quest design can be clunky and grindy, especially if you’re aiming to “finish everything". Late game performance also tanks once your garden gets dense with trees, plants, and decor add up and your frames pay the price. Still, if you’re into terraforming & survival with real narrative meat, this is easy to recommend. It’s lovely, it’s packed with story, and when it’s flowing, it really shines. Score: 7.5/10.

Luma Island completely surprised me. I absolutely love this game. It’s cozy, adventurous, and everything feels so interconnected in a really satisfying way. Exploring, crafting, progressing… it all just clicks, and I had a blast the whole time.

For this price point, there are very few games that can compete. It’s fun, chill, and way more polished than I expected. Seriously, I love this game. 10/10.
