I blew this game off based on style and gameplay, from what I had seen
That was a mistake
This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fantastic, I wish I would have played so long ago when I first saw it
I could play again and again, and I am not even to the hard/fun bits yet

Edit 100 hours later : This game continues to be excellent, the DLC only added more content, bosses, and challenges, making it a must buy! I have beat the game with most characters on Monsoon, and have unlocked most achievements, hunting the last few has taken quite a while and will still take a while longer, but it hasn't stopped being a blast to enjoy!

Edit 100 hours past that (oddly enough on the hour both time without meaning to be) : I still hold that this game is amazing and needs to be played by anyone even slightly interested. I have all achievements at this point (imagine if I didn't) and honestly liked the most recent DLC once things were fixed. The main game is 100% worth buying, especially if on sale, the first DLC is 80% worth buying, and the second DLC I would suggest buying only on a good sale. Its worth adding but not needed. 10/10 game
