It's pretty fun, especially in co-op. I look forward to more updates ♥

Took me about little under 6 hours to finish the whole game!
Loved every bit. Short and Cheap and gets one adhd brain really focusing on one thing.

I have been on and off looking at this game. Just a few days ago I thought, well okay screw it, buy it! And honestly it was such a sleeper agent for me. I am usually a person that isn't all "sciency" and modern for survival crafting games (besides zombies for some reason) but this game really just tickled me in a way that it stuck. I haven't had so much fun in a while.
The gameplay is awesome, there is so much to see and find and my friends keep telling me I haven't even reached most of the content.

I run around clueless because I have 0 sense of orientation, which is awesome! You'd think I'd learn and still run in circles in the facility adding probably several hours of gameplay to it as is!

My favorite moment I had currently was
Crafting book: "You need a CPU"
Me: "Okay" *destroys enemy for CPU*
Crafting book: "No no no, the more AGGRESSIVE CPU"
Me "Oh...."

Anyway, TLDR:

Game is awesome and unexpectedly fun. Playing with a poor orientation will add even more game hours to the game. Best with friends! Crafting book bamboozled me. 11/10, can't wait to reach more content!
Now I can truly say I'm with the science team! Thank you!

I hate octopus....ses? I hate them all! 10/10

Update (ignore my playtime, I've played this as long as my interest could keep me):

So... I play a lot of monster hunter titles and been doing it since PSP era. I think the issue with the game that I personally have is not even the optimization, I still get a giggle at Alma showing up as a Triangle or get jumpscared by a Squared Rathalos... but it's the loop. It got stale really quickly. At this point I finished all the story, all side hunts available to me (before Mizu dropped) and I just don't feel the urge to play anymore because there is nothing special about it. You can stalk a monster for hours and it won't do much more other than... have a stroll. They don't hunt, they don't get curios. They feel so lifeless, like animatronic dinosaurs in the themeparks...

I love the series, could spend hours just exploring in most titles. Love my Palico to death even though he's probably stupid constantly running in a circle, like whats up with that AI... This game feels like another early access game that is going to be ghosted in a few months on Steam. And that makes me really sad to write.

I am really hoping the content DLC will fix the lifeless issues... And it better be free, because for the full price we pay we got a quarter of a playable game and that's not okay pookie, you are CAPCOM not EA.

For people of thinking buying this game, if you want to play to hunt and do nothing else. Go for it.
For people who like depth into creature behavior and such who puts entomology before outright killing everything in their path... wait. Go play world... It's not as open world as Wilds but it has so much more love inside it.
If you are still looking for Hunter Palico mode, go back to Generations... It's still not here.

Unavoidable monsters and with only 2 players, is just frustrating.

My friend gifted this game to me out of the blue when it released.
I have known no peace since.

I've not had this much fun in a co-op game since Phasmophobia.

However, I've had to mod the game at this point to remove the camera effect of the world, it was giving me headaches, As well as allowing me to remap keys for my disabled brain to function around it. But all things considered, probably /the/ Co-op game and best with friends game of the year!

One of my big brothers bought me this game, said I reminded him of Leyley.

I've played up until the end...

I did play /that/ route.

I know what you are.

A Lovecraftian fishing game that has a story with twist and charm. Loved it all the way through.
