It's called Prutitus Anusitus, in other words, anal itching. It happens when you don't wipe your butt properly. It can also be a sign of hemmeroids in or near your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I recommend that you still keep that doctor appointment you scheduled. Just wash it and make sure you keep it really clean, also make sure you wash your hands after you itch, that way you don't get pink eye like you did last time.
