tldr: It's a bad game...

Visuals:

• Bad and low poly meshes with blurred textures.
  
• Low FOV (which you can partially fix with the console unlocker, but during the combat it forces you back into the low FOV).
  
• No motion blur settings (you can modify it with console unlocker).
  
• No HDR settings (you can unlock HDR with console unlocker).
  
• Runs like ass on rtx 4090.

Gameplay:

• Bad hand to hand combat (it's not fun, all the AIs just rushing you at once), without AI coordination.
  
• Unskippable combat, you can stealth the whole mission, but all the doors are locked because of "Enemies near by." sign, so you are forced to go back and kill them.
  
• Empty world with nothing happening, AI doesn't talk with each other (literally just standing still doing nothing), the only interaction you get is one-liners when you hit enter.

I've pre-ordered game in 2019 (premium edition) and was promised Jeanette outfit and much more, I've also completed the ARG/tasks on the official website to earn exclusive rewards in-game, which I guess they've forgotten about. The game is just an empty shell with Bloodlines name slapped on top, it lacks the basic RPG elements or even the world building, don't waste your time, it won't be fixed with patches or DLCs, gameplay is boring.
