DW7 has great Story Mode. Each battle is based on a pre-selected character's perspective, and with linear story, you will find that each character develops their own personalities and even change their perspectives during the story. Conquest Mode and Legends Mode are sometimes repetitively boring, but unlocking weapons is fun (and hard).

Soundtracks may be repetitive, because they're based on battles' situations, except some battles (such as Chibi and Fancheng) that have unique soundtracks. Combat system is simple, but not repetitive as DW6. Weapon clones are okay (better than some unique weapons in DW8 that very hard to control.)

If you are beginning to play a musou game, DW7XL may be a great choice, PC port is impressive, no lag or crashes for me, all DLCs included in cheap price, easy to control. Recommend to buy and play.

I wonder if there may be Samurai Warriors 3 or Warriors Orochi 3 Definitive Edition :P
