I used to love this game but Paradox force too much to buy DLC.
This game used to be played without DLC but now you will find that it's very hard to play especially when new tech system has came.
Other tech group used to could westernize but now westernization is impossible if you don't improve one of your province to make it the center of new institution....improving a province is a paid feature of "Common Sense".
