I think you got the wrong guy :P Regardless, you should ask in the Keen discord channel where there's more people that can answer at different times and from different areas of expertise, and everyone else learns from those interactions too!

Yeah they work, I think the default expectation is for mods to work in MP in general, unless the author specifies otherwise in description.

Port over to what? Xbox? They can't work, Microsoft does not allow scripts on the consoles themselves, which I've also said in those mods' descriptions :P

The ones that require scripts I've noted in their description at the very bottom that they won't work because microsoft does not allow user made scripts on the console.
As for the other ones, conveyor airvent I did publish to modio because someone asked, if you want the other ones too, ask in their pages :P
