If you use a passive suspension belt while scaling a cliff or building and then use the grapple hook immediately after the belt activates mid-jump, it will fling you into the sky (or distance) and carry you anywhere between 200 and 500 meters horizontally.
If your battery pack is good enough, you can fling further by grappling each time you start to slow down like some sort of Amazing Spicer-Man. Similarly, you can scale even the Shield Walls in a few leaps like this. It does break a lot of belts very quickly, however.
