He is 17 years old, lives in Faroe Islands, one of the most peacefull land in the world, and he loves it. He's a christian, and wants you too, to find the way, so you can be safe... The simple answer is john 3,16 in the bibel:
For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only son, so that who ever belives in him, should not die (go to hell), but have enternal life (go to heaven).
So even if you have been nice all the time down here, doesn't mean that you go to heaven, you can only go to heaven if you have thanked Jesus son of God that he died for your sins.
And thats how you can be saved.
