Well written, well spoken mech action game that is a bit janky but full of heart.
It has a bit of a rough patch in the beginning but once you unlock some upgrades and new parts it becomes a lot more fluid and fun. I think the overheat mechanics are more of a detriment to cool mech combat as you can chain a few attacks and dash cancels but only a few before you overheat. Then you gotta just sit around and wait to cool off. Other than the learning hump I had an enjoyable time and just loved the setting/tone of the world.

Fun game so far. Good artstyle and running around is fun and snappy. Looking forward to completing it.

Only one level in so far and having a great time. Punchy gameplay, nice visual aesthetic changing up every scene. Even if it does not stick the landing, I have high hopes for the rest of the game and am glad developers like Grasshopper take big and wild swings with their games.

Played this in 2021 and really enjoyed it, knowing its a flawed "eurojank" game with a lot of heart. Looked it up for the funny cover photo and realized I never made a review - the tone is 'edgy' but borders on sarcasm and overall had a good enough story/followup to Mars War Logs that I wouldn't mind seeing Spiders do another sci-fi adventure on Mars.

As much as I think this is a eurojank with a lot of heart, after almost 2 months and only 1 real patch that did not fix a majority of the issues. Still softlocked from progressing, though the nice parts are ripped from Gothic/Risen, theres just a lot of QoL that does not seem to be happening. A lot of the playtime is due to wandering / exploration which is fun but quickly becomes tedious when fetch quests are constantly about going to one side of the map to talk to an NPC and then running to the other side of the map.

Good game with a bit of a slow start. After that first hump the game opens up and gets a lot more freeing.
Great voice acting, plot was interesting enough and it sets itself up for an expanded world nicely. Having beaten the game I appreciate the combat / magic systems even if I think melee combat could have a bit more excitement its not bad once you have more offensive magic.

Very fun metroidvania with a nice style. Has looping ng+ with more story and you keep your traversal equipment and it gets slightly harder. Good graphics, simple yet addicting trying to search every nook for money or hidden passages.

Hard to put down, definitely a day 1 purchase. The swordplay felt very snappy and also visceral with nice amount of hitstop. Bite size chunk showed me enough that I will patiently await the full release.
