Game stopped crashing after I did a fix where I changed the starting config to run on DX11

What a masterful way to revive a series that hasn't seen an original IP since 2012. This game does everything a Silent Hill game is expected to do.

I am not the fondest of the stamina management/dodge/parry type of combat but in my opinion it's only a stumble on a masterpiece of a game.

Optimization could be a little better tho.

They fired all of their devs because the game was not the profit success they wanted to be and said the development would continue either way without the devs that made the original idea of the game. They also said that they tried every option to keep the original devs but I do wonder if lowering their CEO's salary was one of those options.

Since the devs were fired the updates were basically non existential, and the ones that were released clearly went to directions that were not originally planned by the original devs, so yea, I waited for this game for like 4 years and that is what was left of it.

This is like crack in video game format

You'd think if your game is this expensive you would at least have the decency of paying artists to create art for your game instead of filling the game with AI garbage
