The punishment does end if you get your ban level low enough. Again, I RARELY get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in my game and I almost ALWAYS go solo. Only a few times have I voted to kick someone and I haven't gotten a cooldown for it since I first started playing this game. If an idiot like me can figure this out, so can you. Don't blame the system when you have done nothing yourself to aleviate the problem.

Well maybe you shouldn't have gotten to such a high ban level, huh? You got AT LEAST 3 cool downs BEFORE the one that got you a 7 day ban. You're the only one to blame here.

I'm not, I WAS messing with friends all together, a 5 people group in comp, and we did some ♥♥♥♥ that was against the rules... so I deserved that ban, but then I got a probation that if I breathed in a way Valve didn't like they threw week bans my way

If someone is trolling try and ignore them. If you can then you can vote kick them. But you must be REALLY unlucky to get trolls so often that you have gotten multiple conseutive bans. I play sever comp matches damn near every day and maybe once a month I get a troll. I just keep playing and report them for griefing. They will get a 30 day ban from overwatch. I just keep trying my best because that's pretty much all I can do.

Now, why it should be an infraction. There are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out there who will make 4 man teams just to kick the 5th solo player that is unlucky enough to play with them. There's also a lot of people who kick players just because they aren't doing well. You don't get to decide if someone is allowed to play just because of their skill level. This system keeps THAT in check.

blocking is a legit reason to vote kick someone. So is running infront of you when you shoot. If they keep flashing then yeah you can kick for that. However, I have RARELY seen this and I'm a silver, the scum bucket of the CS GO ranking system. I am more likely to get at least decent team mates.

Oh, and this isn't CoD. Shooting doesn't make you show up on the mini map.

People stand in doorways, run in front of bullets on purpose, flash you over and over, stand behind you and shoot so you are seen on the minimap, the autokick might take too long.

What bad stuff do people do? Team kill? There's an auto kick for that. Go AFK? There's an auto kick for that. Mike spaming or being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? There's a mute function for that.

No? That's absolutely not true. People do bad ♥♥♥♥ in CS:GO, that deserve being kicked for, but if people are scared to be banned, they won't kick... See my point?

Why not? The system gives you the benifit of the doubt at low levels. You can vote kick like 4 people in 7 days before getting a ban. If you kick more often than that you're doing something wrong.
