This game is a psyop, specially formulated to keep ADHD individuals trapped in their game for an exuberant amount of time. And they will have fun. Too much fun.

It's fun but it absolutely NEEDS a Hard difficulty. The jump from Normal to Nightmare is pretty drastic. I'm cheesing things playing with my partner on Normal, and end up dying a few rounds into Nightmare. Yes, it's a skill issue for me, but Hard difficulty would be equal parts fun and challenging.

A game you can half pay attention to. It runs on Auto, you just have to press Rerun once in a while.

Is it grindy? Yes.
Is it P2W? Cash will definitely accelerate your progress.
Is it F2P? You can get gems from almost every activity, but it's slow.
Is it addictive? Absolutely.

TIPS:
Don't spend your gems until there's a sale or event. Event sales discount something by 35% each day.
Join a guild immediately. Guild points can be exchanged for tokens/tickets/badges/xeals/energy, as well as some decent items.
During a gathering event, buying from the energy box while running some kind of GOR will give you crazy progress.
Coordinate your bonuses to the day of the week. For instance, Wednesday is Capture Rate day. Use capture rate boosts on that day, and have plenty of energy!
Shrampz/Bor'lan will get you pretty far in the game. After that Ularius replaces Shrampz, and Remmyt replaces Bor'lan. These familiars are all obtainable without spending a dime.

I actually liked this game. I did every side quest I could find, I started to build a base on a temperate planet, and I was getting through companion story quests. It was pretty great, and I put around 95 hours into it.
Or at least it was fun until an update came along and completely corrupted all of my save files. My character is stuck, other characters are stuck, and in some saves I'm stuck in the pilot chair of my ship.
I never got to play the ending, and I certainly wouldn't have spent 95 hours on a game if I knew things would suddenly go to hell. Then again, this is Bethesda. Maybe I should have known.

A bit outdated, but an amazing RPG with a rich story. You just have to give the slow start a chance.

This is my honest PERSONAL opinion of this game...

At first the game seemed okay. The characters were mildly interesting, the atmosphere felt dangerous, and I was excited to start slaughtering zombies.
That kind of fell apart as soon as I starting playing more. The weapon system is terrible. Everything kept breaking (which is fine, I understand a machete won't stay sharp forever) except it's WAY too often. There are weird upgrades that are honestly confusing as all hell, and just kind of unrealistic. The missions were pretty boring. I really wasn't sure what I was doing or why. I eventually decided to switch it up a little and play with other people. You know what? The other players decided to use a glitch and SHOOT MY CAR INTO SPACE.

After 7 hours of playing this game, I just said "to hell with this" and never touched it again. It just didn't feel worth my time. I didn't have any desire to continue playing.

That's just my own experience, so maybe you'll enjoy it... but I didn't at all.

I'm actually pretty surprised at the rave reviews this game has gotten.
It was hilarious and very Monty Python-esque, but my gawd is the gameplay itself repetitive as all hell.
There really wasn't much motivation for me to keep playing past the first hour of gametime, and I never had any desire to touch it again.

I spawned and started running along the coast when three guys in full military gear popped out of nowhere and screamed for me to stop running. I didn't stop. Got shot twice in the back, died, and they looted my Orange from my corpse and mockingly ate it.

I still miss my orange sometimes.

I played this game because I was in the mood for some scares, but ended up with a bunch of feels that I didn't know what to do with.
Honestly, I see a lot of people poo-pooing this game for having a bad plot, messing up the series, blah dee blah...
But I absolutely loved it.
The strange love/hate relationship between the two brothers is something I found to be very tragic and engaging. Unlike the past two games, this one humanized Alma and Paxton to the point where I actually sympathized with them, and the final scenes (both "good" and "bad") left me torn. Both brothers have been deeply wronged, and it was fascinating how each one dealt with their past... With Paxton choosing vengeance no matter the cost, and Point Man choosing to not give up on mankind, which in turn gave way to mercy.
Maybe I'm just a sap, but this game is going to stick with me for a long time.
