Contrary to what a small part of the community (but unfortunately the loudest) is b!tching about, KF3 does still mostly have that Killing Floor experience.

You still grind, kite, and suffer major @ss pull moves from your favorite zeds and bosses, with added interesting mechanics which I won't mention here (it's better to experience it yourself).

However, there are 2 things that actually needs work. As much as I love the game, I can't really 100% recommend KF3 rn without these getting implemented:

1. Performance patches (to increase FPS, completely eliminate micro-stutters, fix random 'wtf was that' moments, and improve 'janky' animations).
2. Improve network connectivity/server side stuff (that causes lag, rubber-banding, harder to invite friends, and sudden disconnects on multiplayer. Bringing back server browser is ideal here).

That's it.

These issues may be enough to avoid this game rn, but any other so called 'questionable' in-game decisions/additions are really just arbitrary feedback from people who prefer the prequel's mechanics.

I do get some of them tho but sadly, this becomes toxic when it's preventing people from giving this game a fair chance.

That said, I've enjoyed my 100+ hours on this game so far and I do recommend trying it out for yourself (despite my 'not 100% recommendation' and all the sour reviews as if TWI added their mom as one of the game's final bosses).

If TWI played their cards right (PLEASE I BEG), this should surpass my KF2 playtime (2.7k hours) fr fr. This may or may not age well but idc.
