Really really fun for a good short time!

Like Harvest Moon in some ways, and unique in all the right ways. So much fun, so much to explore!

Don't waste your money. Took two hours to play through and it was like gritting my teeth. All of the charm is in the demo, and it just disappears right after. The "twist" is seen from a mile away and the "gameplay" is just walking. Really. And pressing F for Fglitter i guess. If you haven't, play Fran Bow because that game was waaaay better than this annoying, boring, waste of $18.

I haven't played much yet, but what I had played was awful. The art is uglier than the original, the voice acting really just takes me out of it (especially with the slower than my reading speed and akward pauses), and worst of all-the interface! The interface is boasted as "new intuitive game interface and controls provide a more interactive gameplay experience", except I found it to be entirely cumbersome! I couldn't hardly get through more than a half hour of gameplay because of the interface.

If you haven't played many adventure games before, then you should know that most of them put the verbs/action on screen the entire time, or have them easily accessible by mousing over an area. Here, you have to use some really random buttons (ctrl and shift I think) in a click-and-point adventure game. AND not only do you have to keep one hand akwardly on the keyboard with the other on the mouse to play, BUT the game does not tell you this at all! I wanted to save and figure out how to play, but I could hardly figure out how to open the menu!

TL;DR I haven't even played the original and I know its gotta be waaaay better than this.
