-rep most definitely cheating. dude goes afk during the game randomly (multiple times), then starts tracking ppl through the walls with the awp. He's reacting to enemy movement through the wall (fe. flicking to ramp in the precise moment or right before someone is pushing without any intel), hugging and staring at walls instead of actually holding positions. Seems like he's turning on and off, cuz right after he does something absurd, he goes afk again and goes back to playing poorly.
