I was playing chess with a friend and was up a piece and a pawn. But I got low on time, missed mate in 1, and my opponent promoted to a queen and mated me. He started gloating, saying I "blundered so bad wtf".

But then he started saying that I "lost so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad that you literally have to suck my ♥♥♥♥ bro". And I was like lmao what but then he pulled up his phone and showed me something about how it's a FIDE rule if you lose bad enough (it seemed like he already had this page up on his phone like he was prepared to show it to me??) I made up an excuse to leave but he seems persistent and I'm worried he's gonna bring it up next time I see him.

Is this a real FIDE rule? I only recently learned about on pass aunt so i know there are some less known rules, so I just want to know how it works. Thx in advance
