A major upgrade from monster hunter world.
Almost skeptic about performance on my rig because the beta test only show 50 fps on base and almost 20-30 on battle on low setting. Thank the dev they optimize it so i got >50 on battle on high setting.

when somebody tell the content is not enough, then they just imbecile that haven't ever play MH series ever before and judge based on credit roll. the real content is always after the credit roll

at first, i recommend the game because of new whole world and new mechanic
but then... performance issue? passed
then again.... connection issue? get looped in communication error S9041-TAD-W72T all over again when choosing lobby
and i can't even get into the game.... and i can't even play in single player private lobby?
until there is fix, i'll revoke my recommendation

ok maybe you could fix something like food that always fall from plate when you try to serve it, or make it easier to flip with spatula / tongs, and some soup recipe like caldo verde always rated low because somehow there's water that i didn't add instead of the chicken stock inside the soup

I've played MH3 on wii when it was cool (bout 10 years ago) and i got addicted to it.
And when nintendo stop the wii services all falls down, because i got no other F***in consoles!
and here it is, the first ever MH on the PC.

Pro:
1. Got new arsenal of weapon
2. Lot of updated moves and combo for each weapon
3. Great use of environment, even in battle
4. Much wider area and proceed around without loading
5. New variety of monsters
6. Lovely grymalkines, gajalakas and their sweet gadgets, oh also the tailrider
7. Activated skill from scratch and just need to level them up
8. Helpful scoutflies, damage number and map indicator
9. No need for paintballing, tranq bomb area effect (not on da face anymore)
10. Bugs still have their husks after killed, even without specimen skill
11. Weapon trees all showed even i haven't unlock it
12. I love the augmenting system

cons:
1. Connection issue at first, it was fixed nowadays but sometimes it still happen
2. I got 4.3ghz and overclocked to 4.5ghz processor and CPU usage 99%? i got 8gb RAM dual channeled and Memory usage 99%? without opening any application ? are u f***ing kidding me?
3. F***ing Denuvo, please use other antipiracy options
4. It said WORLD right? and it said that this was MMO games, and i've been playing alone as far as i know if without my friends playing. you should open the astera to public, or make public space for all player in channel, not just gathering hub, where not everyone want to be there
5. I need more underwater fight, i miss Royal Ludroth, Gobul, Lagiacrus, even Ceadeus
6. Got cold drink for hot area? then where is the hot drink? where is cold area? my fire elemental weapon almost got no use if not for fighting kirin, ice armor almost no use too
7. So hard to farm armor sphere and it use a great load of it
8. After HR 100 then what? got nothing to do. all quest conquered and bored

verdict:
Overall the game still good enough to play, just need a lot of refinement here and there, especially over the high CPU and memory usage, and please, be kind to player that play game for a long time, we dont need grinding, we just need more challenge.
