We Dive Together or Not At All

All the things I want in a roguelike.
Good controls. loads of items to discover and monsters to get killed by. Magic items for those powerful abilities (perhaps too powerful, at times.). Blessings found during each run are lost when you die, but while alive they offer you powerful buffs to help progress. There are also plenty customization options to give your character looks.

For the completionists out there, there are challenges and achievments which give you rewards for completing, such as cozmetic unlocks. For the truly hardcore, it is possible to change the games difficulty through relics, similar to Nuclear Throne's crowns. If that's now what you're after, then try custom games. You can change basically every aspect of the game here to make it easier, harder, make the games last longer or make items drop more. You cannot complete challenges or achievements in this mode, however. (Obviously, it would be too easy.)

Updates don't come often but I'm looking forward to what comes next from Deadpan Games.

The only major downside to this game I found is the lack of an Australian server. Otherwise it is very well made. It is by no means pay to win and the store is not stupidly overpriced. Guns, armor and attatchments are gained just by playing. Some you can only use for a limited time. Others you can use for good. The basic weapons are as good as the unlocked weapons. There is no best gun. You can customize every weapon with different mods and attatchments to suit your needs. More fun then CS:GO, Battlefield and CoD put together.

All the hate on this game is false. The game is great and the community is well and truly alive. There are plenty servers online 24/7 that people can play on and hosting a game is really easy, you dont even need to port forward or use hamachi. Gameplay is easy to learn and the controls are easy too. I highly recomend this game if you like building in finer detail. It really is like playing with legos on the internet. Very much so.

it is a fun game but the downside is that it is very frustrating at first. I recommend buying this game for a time passer and if you want to rage or just to have fun :P
