Never gets old. Unforgiving and difficult yes but nevertheless it is incredibly enjoyable and very replayable.

The story is arguably better the the main game and there is an extensive amount of well made content within this DLC. I enjoyed pretty much all that this DLC had to offer.

The story itself is not bad, the atmosphere is done really well but the main problem I have with it is the enemies. Enemies are at times spammed to the point you are overwhelmed, making it feel like you have to play with at least 2 people rather than soloing it. To make matters worse, it feels like every other enemy is a bullet sponge, the most annoying ones being enemies that once you lower to a certain point either regenerate to full health or get a full bar of either armor or shields or both. The bosses aren't much better either and have the same issues that are magnified when you have to redo the whole boss because you died halfway through the boss fight because the boss full healed and got a full bar of armor during a phase where they are immune to damage altogether. I did not enjoy the combat in this DLC.
Definitely a letdown from the Handsome Jackpot DLC.

EDIT: After the latest update these issues seem to have been fixed and the DLC is now leagues more enjoyable. I can now recommend the DLC.
