Pretty good story, but a pretty short game. I don't see this being worth the full price unless they release more to it. If it was 3x as long than it could be worth 30 dollars

Best free game ever

It's great and one of the few games where I can say all the negative reviews are just a bunch of nostalgia babies. This game has some of the best i've seen in an ARPG before. However, it lacks content currently. Majorly lacks content. This is a super duper early access game but i'm excited to see where it goes. The graphics are 10/10, combat 8/10, music 10/10. Runs great and feels great. They also update it very consistently

As a fan of the previous games, and not having a jaded and hateful personality like most gamers do these days, here is my unbiased take. KF3 is similiar but far different from the previous games. Yes it has microtransactions for cosmetics (which the previous game had more so and this is a bad take because almost every game has microtransactions, battle passes, etc these days.)

The good:
-The gore feels great
-Maps are very good (8 which is more than KF2's release)
-Difficulty feels solid between the 3 and has provided a reason to have a good team comp.
-Enemies and bosses are fun
-Roadmap has already been released and many changes from the betas have been put it and/or are going to be implemented

The bad:
-Optimization needs to be better. Lumen has been crashing people's games
-Decent amount of bugs here and there. Some are silly like bosses jumping and getting stuck floating in the air. Others are pretty annoying.
-Specialist decoupling needs to happen. Its going to happen in the next update I believe but it does suck.
-No text chat currently

The ugly:
-Guns. While there are quite a few guns compared to the predecessor. Certain ones just feel off. The fire from the firebug weapons does not feel right and the bigger guns just lack the oomph they should have. The ninja by far has the best feeling weapons. They feel how they should. The skills for all classes also feel pretty good.
-No collectibles yet. May seem silly but collectibles are a very fun part of the previous games. The crafting matieral search is a good start.

Overall, I think they should have released it as an early access game. I do have a lot of faith in Tripwire. They have always been a company that has listened to feedback and have always released constant free updates. Its still a very fun game. A majority of the negativity comes from people who dont remember the early days of KF2 and dont remember how tedious KF1 was. I recommend it if you won't get upset at a game not being a copy paste of the previous versions and if you enjoy watching games change over time.

Very dinky game. You collect dinks and do dink-like things. 10/10 (Animal Crossing but 10x better)

A beautiful game that falls short because of a lack of content and repetition. The combat isn't bad and the skills feel fine but there just isn't really anything to do. You go around, do some dungeons, find some stones, kill things, and win. There is a shopkeeper and a potion store, that's it for the town. It's a very empty world and should be labeled as "early access" if they plan to keep adding content.
