Other chapter I could think of is for Sepia with the amount of hunters you encounter in the trenches. Even though you face two (if i rmbr correctly), I think one is enough for those parts. Also for fighting that tank, Maybe move those enemies that explode the wall afterwards to be farther back instead of being very close. I was low health at that part (that was on me) but damn I was just in an infinite death loop there for a bit.
You did ask me on where I thought enemy placement felt unreasonable and I will tell you.
Where it felt bad for me at most was going through the Miami chapter, especially the last level where you had to escape the whole building while also losing HP at the same time. I think the amount of enemies still going after you can be toned down for that part specifically.
Another thing is I don't think there should be those "Lambda Locator" spots that reward you for exploring around to sometimes have an enemy there. You find them after fighting a big bunch of enemies so a little time of peace instead of a last ditch effort to kill the player feels more right imo.
