I'm stuck on the last mission "The Last Step" and been able to kill Sterlok after siding with the Ward and then nothing happens, been trying multiple times going back to a save file an hour of playtime but nothing works.

Until till is patched, and seems I'm not the only one, I cannot recommend this game...

So, when you think Sony got their heads out of their asses they turn around and put it back since they've now delisted Helldivers 2 from all countries where PSN is not available. And since no one should trust Sony with your personal information this is a deal breaker.

I'll leave my negative review as long as Sony is trying to fudge people over.

After the last update the game just crashes after the fight scene, no response from the developer for a week.

Don't buy this just yet, the game is extremely badly optimized (at least for my hardware) and is almost impossible to play running on the following hardware

CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X
RAM: 64Gb (4x16) running at 3666MHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 6950XT
HDD: WD Black SN850 M.2 SSD - 1TB

The game stutters every other second even at the lowest graphical settings, no other game in my steam library is experiencing any issues like this.

Maybe there will be a patch in a day or two (hopefully) but running this game on my hardware is a mess at the launch.

So if you run a setup similar to mine I would say that waiting for some performance optimizations is the way to go.

UPDATE - Since the developer has pushed major updates since I last played this game, so I gave it another chance, and what a difference it was.

This game is a sure buy for me now, I still like it's a bit short but it's now polished and delivers!

OLD -

I've been waiting for this title for quite a while now, ever since I've played "The Uncertain: Episode 1 - The Last Quiet Day".

But this is sadly a disappointment, it feels more like a tech demo than an actual game, it's a bit unpolished and lacking animations (like facial animations that now are below basic).

As for the story, it feels like you only play a prologue and that there is much more to come but then the game ends.

The team behind this game is talented but this is a miss.

I have mixed feelings about this game, but one thing is sure, this is a step down from the remake of RE2. The RE Engine does great work and the changes to JV appearance are in my mind fine.

They have however removed/skipped a lot of content from the original title, e.g. there are no puzzles in the remake, which were one of the great, if even annoying, part of the original.

With that taken into account, the price tag is way of, this should in my mind be a $30-35 release. So I'd recommend waiting for a sale to get your hand on this.

In short, this is a great game, the combat is XCOM alike to the point but that in my mind is something good, a proven concept. I manage to complete the game in about 7 hours so it's kind of short (I revealed all areas).

The negative part for me is the DRM, it ends up in the price tag (€35) and is a bit too expensive in my mind for the game time.

I would still recommend the game, it would be an instant buy for anyone at under €30.

As I see it the main problem with this game is that it's not at all what it should be, if you look back at the good Fallout games like 1 and 2, or even New Vegas the only resemblance is the name and the post apocalyptic world you travel.

Fallout 4 lacks allmost every aspect of an RPG. You don't get the connection to the world and the creatures (people?) as in previous games. It often feels way to easy or completely meaningless.

Where is the heart of this game, you might ask.

As I see it Fallout 1 and 2 created the myth about the game series and lifted the newcomer Fallout 3, Fallout 3 on the other hand made Fallout 4 possible, and Fallout 4 might prevent a "Fallout 5".

I won't say that the game is terrible, it just lack everything that made Fallout 1 and 2 so damn enjoyable.
