Métodos seguros para fazer a chuca
1 Encha a “ducha” com água em temperatura ambiente. Nada de água quente, pois ela pode causar queimaduras;
2 Espalhe lubrificante na entrada do ânus;
3 Introduza a ducha de enema com cuidado;
4 Aperte a ducha e fique perto de um vaso sanitário para que a água escorra.
