One of the most fun Vampire games to play with friends, tho it is a bit linear

Waited a long time for this game and I'm happy to say it provided. I only did one ending as of now, bc I took a break from playing it (to play some other titles), but I do plan on coming back getting other endings and exploring whole map. I won't do speed runs tho xD

Hm... It has potential to be a very fun co-op game. Mostly works, but there's a lot of bugs right now, or some stuff that you would think should work, doesn't. Like luring a monster into fall trap and it just... floats over it instead of falling. Voice recognition messes up quite a bit, also I couldn't hurt my friends with their curse words too. Overall quite fun, just some annoying little stuff here and there.

We all decided to refund. It's... Bad. Extremely punishing, everything looks almost the same. We died a few times and spend whole hour just trying to get to each other and then all 3 died to one wolf and had to run over 1km again.

It's a fun aRPG souls-like game with bonus of crasting and gathering stuff on the side.
Lot's of gear, a ton of possible builds to make.
Story is okay, but it's not finished yet as the game is still in early access.
Graphic wise the game has a very unique and beautiful art style.

There are a few cons to me, but most of them are small QoL things with biggest one being the town upgrades taking quite a lot of time, but tbh it wasn't a big problem.
Okay, wait, there's one bigger one - loot tables are completely random. As of now (46 hours) I have found only a single "unique" weapon (legendary), and farming anything (gear wise) for specific build, for example a scythe build, is quite terrible as you're in hands of RNG if you ever gonna even see a scythe in your playthrough.

So...
Can't play the game bc of some error. Only solution found is to open up my PC on kernel level supposedly.
Not gonna do that obviously.

After latest patch/fix I am able to play again. It's nothing super special, lot's of sweats around that will destroy you, but it's fun to slash around a bit from time to time.

It's not bad. A bit repetitive and boring if you spend too much time on it, but in small doses and with a friend or two it's actually a nice chill game.
Simple loop of collecting mats to make stronger ammo and stuff, then use that ammo to kill stronger stuff and get better mats.
Wouldn't recommend it with full price, but if it's on a bigger sale and you have someone to play with, then it's okay.

Okay, so... I wanted kinda give it a positive, bc while a bit boring after a while and having crappy story, it's not a bad game to pickup on a sale, BUT!
If you wanna play multiplayer on this... Don't bother. It's buggy af, there's glitches everywhere and what finaly made me write this review is two complete PC crashes (like total blackout, only restart of the whole PC worked).

Edit: After finishing the game with a friend on Evil difficulty I'm even more sure that this review stays negative. The whole game was buggy af in coop. Like... Constant glitches and stuff. We also didn't get achiev for Evil difficulty, so f us, I guess? (We never changed the difficulty even once)

I was clicking through Steam Next Fest and happened to stumble into this. Looked cool, so I gave it a try and oh my goodness, I want MORE.
First of all, I had no idea that this was based on DFO lore and from it's devs. Like... Damn! I've played a tiny bit of DFO back some years ago, never expected those devs to make a game like this. Very positive surprise I have to say.
As for the game itself - I really love the visuals, they give it a unique vibe. Soundtrack was fine, will have to hear more.
And gameplay... Oh it's pretty damn great. Responsive and impactful. A great merge of souls-like with more action packed games (a'la God of War for example).
Overall had a ton of fun and can't wait to get my paws on a full version. Sadly it won't happen on premiere most likey, since my financial situation ain't amazing, but this is really something I'll be looking up to play in the future.

Decent game to chill on with friends. I'm having more fun here than in Vermintide.
