OK, real talk, this game is just grinding for hours on end if you join a multiplayer server even a few days after it was started. There will already be established towns, with leaders who will just put you doing whatever will be most helpful for the town. Sometimes the task you get asked to do may be engaging, often it will not. Unless you plan on playing with a group of friends on your own server, I can't see this game being fun for anyone other than the people who put themselves in charge in multiplayer.
