𝓑𝓸𝓸𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓭 always completes any assignment on time and to a high standard. Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. 𝓑𝓸𝓸𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓭 generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views. Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before 𝓑𝓸𝓸𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓭 will engage in the discussion. Applies professional experience and/or knowledge of people expertly to forecast outcomes with at least 90% accuracy. Others trust their judgement because the choices have usually been good.
